Many common questions are answered here on my website. Due to the volume of emails I receive daily, I urge you to take a look around for the answer to your question before emailing me. This will allow me to spend more time designing instead of answering emails.
I do NOT provide any phone support (except where noted on custom web design packages). This allows me to keep all records of correspondence to refer back to.
I try my best to answer all emails within 48 hours (except on weekends and holidays).
Please note that YAHOO rejects emails from my server occasionally. I highly recommend you use an alternative email address when corresponding with me or you may not receive the emails I send to you.
