Color Scheme Chooser - This colour schemer tool helps you choose colour schemes for monochromatic, analogic, complimentary, split complementary, triadic, and double contrast.
Photo Editing
Picnik - VERY easy to use.. and it's FREE!
Adobe Photoshop - I LOVE photoshop! I'd be lost without it. It does have a steep learning curve. But once you learn the basics, it gets much easier.
Adobe Photoshop Elements - A lighter version of Photoshop and MUCH cheaper (under $100.00). Great to get you started!
Corel Paint Shop Pro - Comparable to Photoshop Elements. I have no experience with this product but I've heard it's great :)
